AGENDA:

1.  Philly Buying Power Presentation

Taylor Consulting operates Philly Buying Power, which is a program vetted and endorsed by the City of Philadelphia to provide Philadelphia businesses with a competitive energy rate once the PECO rate caps expire.  They will present on ways to obtain competitive rates from energy suppliers by combining businesses into purchasing pools and holding auctions.

2.  Zoning Presentation:  The Quick Fixx

Matt Levinson of The Quick Fixx is requesting SSWBA support for a zoning variance for a Take Out License.  

3.  Collective Advertising Campaign:  Philadelphia Weekly

Peter Eisenmann of the Philadelphia Weekly will be joining us to discuss a possible collective advertising opportunity for South Street West businesses.

3.  DCED Grant:  Corridor Marketing

With the help of State Senator Larry Farnese's office, SSWBA has received a DCED grant that will further support our corridor marketing campaign. We will discuss plans for these efforts.

4.  SOSNA Development Meeting:  Report 

Report on SOSNA's meeting about development along South Street and 

5.  Membership

Our membership drive is now underway.  Please bring your dues with you to this meeting, or provide them to David Hess, our Treasurer.  Dues are $100 per year.
