Please join us at the monthly meeting of SSWBA.  PLEASE NOTE THE NEW LOCATION.  
 
To help ensure that businesses further west can attend, we have moved the meeting to a more central location on the corridor.  We would also like to host the meetings at other business locations, so if you have space (and chairs) for 20 people and would like to host, please let us know!
 
THIS MONTH'S AGENDA:
 
1.  Filling Vacancies
 
SSW Realtors, don't miss this meeting!
 
Ivy Olesh, Principal at Strategic Visioning and Planning and former Manager of Residential and Retail Outreach at Center City District, will join us to discuss strategies for attracting new businesses to fill our vacancies.   
 
We will also discuss a joint project with the SOSNA Economic Development Committee to help market our neighborhood to commercial realtors.  
 
 
2.  City Programs 
 
Emily Giordano, our liaison to the City's Commerce Department, will review the City programs that are still available for businesses. Also, get acquainted with the new Business Services Center online!
 
 
3.  Member Benefits
 
We would like to organize a member-to-member discount program.  Please sign up to participate!
 
 
4.  Zoning - Revised Plans for 1701 - 1709  South Street
 
We have received revised plans for development at 1701 - 1709 South Street.  We will review the plans and call for another vote.
 
 
5.  Fundraising for Chester A. Arthur School
 
The Friends of Chester A. Arthur school are looking for support for their Theater program.  Please consider becoming a sponsor.
