Monthly Meeting, November 21

Location:  Govinda's Cafe, 1408 South Street, Second Floor

AGENDA:

1.  Preservation Alliance Partnership with SSWBA

Melissa Jest will discuss a possible project with SSWBA on documenting current and historical minority business owners on the South Street West corridor.  The Alliance has suggested collecting Oral Histories that can be preserved on our site. 

2.  Zoning Presentation:  1701 - 1709 South Street

A presentation for development of this vacant lot by the law firm of David G. Orphanides, representing the developer.

3.  General Elections

All members with dues paid as of the 11/21 meeting are eligible to vote in our general election.  (Organizational members can only vote once.)  Brief presentations will be given by each candidate, after which we will have a ballot vote for each open position.  The ballots will be counted and the results announced at the meeting.  The slate of candidates are as follows:

President:  Marcus Iannozzi (unopposed)

Vice-President:  David Hess (unopposed)

Treasurer:  Matt Levinson (unopposed)

Secretary:  Eve Lewis and Jennifer Weiner
