1. Zoning Presentation (Revised Plans): 1701-1709 South Street

At a previous monthly meeting, SSWBA had voted to support this planned development, which provided commercial on the first floor. However, the developer has revised his plans, based on residents' concerns. David Orphanides will be presenting these plans for review by SSWBA and is seeking our support.

Melissa Jest will discuss a possible project with SSWBA on documenting current and historical minority business owners on the South Street West corridor.  The Alliance has suggested collecting Oral Histories that can be preserved on our site.
